Singapore seeks conducive atmosphere for investors
Singapore consultants and advisors on capital development have suggested to Chief Minister N. Chandrababu Naidu that processes and systems have to be streamlined and that the government has to make the environment conducive for private investors through policy changes and faster clearances.
At a meeting with them on Wednesday, Mr. Chandrababu Naidu reviewed the models of development suggested by them. They informed Mr. Naidu that they would assist the Capital Region Development Authority (CRDA) to strategise and focus on key areas in the capital like infrastructure planning, development control, housing, solid waste management and integrated transport systems.
The Chief Minister has asked the Government of Singapore to work with A.P. officials on solid waste management and on revamping municipalities.
