Tata Power Delhi Distribution launches live web chat service
Tata Power Delhi Distribution Ltd, which supplies power to north and north-west Delhi, has launched a web chat service that will offer live help to its customers.
The service will cater to general queries relating to metering, billing, new connection and supply. It will also allow consumers to register complaints, make requests for change of meters and raise safety related issues.
It will be available on the company’s website–www.tatapower-ddl.com.
“The fundamental motivation behind commencing ‘Live Help’ is to integrate technology into the lives of each and every consumer,” said Praveer Sinha, CEO at Tata Power Delhi Distribution. “I believe this initiative will surely increase customer delight by offering customized online services.”
