Karnataka RfS for 130 MW Solar power plant

KREDL today issused the RfP for 130 MW of solar power plants for state of Karnataka. The lower limit is 3 MW while the upper limit is set as 10 MW. With is Karnataka join the solar foray with Andhra Pardesh and Kerela in southern region of India.
The last date of submission of RfP is 28th March 2013 . The bid security is kept at INR 2 million per MW. The power will be bought by ESCOM through a PPA with successful bidder.
